“The Goddess of the Flute”
Jasmine Choi is one of the most celebrated flutists of our time, known for her virtuosity and refined interpretation as well as her adventurous projects. A former principal flute of the Vienna Symphony and associate principal of the Cincinnati Symphony, Ms. Choi has performed internationally as a soloist and recitalistin a variety of genres. Her infinite curiosity has led her to make and publish her own arrangements of major works, including the Mendelssohn and Tchaikovsky violin concertos, and to perform new works by living composers. She has premiered more than 10 flute concertos written for her.
